Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with TorchedUp. This policy explains when refunds are available and how to request one.
7-day money-back guarantee
If this is your first paid subscription with TorchedUp and you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within seven (7) days of your initial charge. The guarantee applies only to first-time subscriptions, not to renewals or to subsequent paid plans on the same account.
After 7 days
Following the 7-day window, we do not offer prorated refunds for partial months or partial years of an active subscription. This is consistent with standard SaaS practice. You may cancel at any time; your subscription will remain active through the end of the period you have already paid for.
How to request a refund
Email support@torchedup.dev from the address associated with your subscription. Please include the date of purchase and a brief reason for the request. Eligible refunds are processed back to the original payment method via Stripe and typically arrive within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Cancellation (no refund needed)
To stop future renewals without requesting a refund, open the Stripe Customer Portal from your profile page and cancel your subscription, or email us and we will cancel it for you. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Exceptions
Where required by applicable consumer-protection law (for example, statutory withdrawal rights for EU consumers), we will honor refunds in accordance with those laws regardless of the rules above. Contact us if you believe such a right applies to you.
